This Werner ABRU Blue Seal Aluminium Loft Ladder features a Spring-Assisted Easy Stow system which gives total control when lowering or stowing the loft ladder. A handrail is also included for added safety when entering or leaving the loft. Suitable for DIY installation, the Spring-Assisted Aluminium Loft Ladder includes all the necessary components and easy-to-follow instructions. The trap catch and hinges are both included. The hatch (also known as the trapdoor) is not included.If you are also fitting a LoftZone StoreFloor raised loft floor above your insulation, then this ladder will work perfectly with that, as it is suitable for heights up to 3 metres from the floor. You can fit it on to the raised floor, or to a joist along the opening of the hatch.

All the components needed come with this ladder for easy DIY installation, including a universal stowing pole with hook to unlock the hatch door and comprehensive easy-to-follow instructions written in plain English.

Easily fitted by anyone who is able to do a bit of DIY. It does not come with the hatch; you need to already have, or fit, one of these separately.
